I just thought you should know about some of the employees that are working for you. We recently had our gutters replaced and added the gutter guards. Matt was the estimator. We found Matt to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and explained the what and how. I tend to be a bit of a researcher and had lots of questions. Matt answered all of them. Did I also mention he has a lot of patience. We enjoyed having Matt at our home and were very comfortable that we knew what was going on and why. Josh had us scheduled and said if someone canceled he would move us up. The next day I realized our schedule was the one day (of course) we had an issue with. Called Josh explained the situation and he immediately met my second choice with no problem. Thank You Josh. Then there is the duo of Edgar and Mario. They showed up on time (actually a bit ahead of time). They were also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked diligently but also took the time to answer questions and explain what was going on. They were a pleasure to have at our home. I was impressed when they were about half done and we told them the job was looking great. They stated that when they were done the job would be great all over. They said that they were working to be number one. A lofty and admirable goal but looks like it just might be attainable. Having been a business owner (now retired) I know that sometimes you don’t know if someone doesn’t tell you. I’m here to tell you that every employee we have dealt with at Great Northwest Gutters has been helpful and friendly. They came on time and did a good clean/repair ("tune-up") of my existing gutter, replace with their unique Ironwood filter screen, strong, durable and stop pin needles inside my gutter, because my house was surrounded by Douglass firs. And they clean the mess before leaving within 2 hours. They provided me with 20 years Ironwood screens and 2 years labor/workmanship warranty. I give them my thumb up and will strongly recommend their services to my neighbors.

We had Sentinel gutter screen installed by Great NW Gutter in 2013. Sentinel has since gone out of business, most cases the lifetime no clog warranty Sentinel would be void. However much to my surprise [Great NW Gutters] came out recently cleaned the clogged screen, took about an hour to do this and did not charge us anything. I will continue to use Great NW Gutters when the situation arises, and will refer them to my customers, family and friend.

I want to give Great Northwest Gutters my highest recommendation! I had waited MONTHS to have this work done by two different gutter installers, both of whom were highly recommended, and neither of whom ever showed up after the initial contact. My job was not large (and perhaps that was the problem). I only needed the replacement of the front gutter on my house. But I also needed the clearing of my gutters and downspouts, and my house is located on a steep hill, so cleaning the downspouts and gutters requires harnessing up to work off of the roof. Andy and Josh from Great Northwest Gutters called me to set up the appointment and promptly showed up exactly when they said they would...just a few days later! The new gutter is beautiful, and they did a great job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts, with not a word of complaint about the danger involved. I am so relieved to have this job done, and for a very reasonable price, so I want to give Great Northwest Gutters my highest recommendation!

We are very happy with the installation of our new steel 6K gutters with hidden brackets and 3x4 downspouts. [The estimator] provided a very competitive quote along with his recommendation to install the larger gutters and downspouts. We scheduled the installation about 6-weeks in advance to allow for our roof replacement and painting of the old facia boards. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in about 5-1/2 hours. Everything looks great and a big rain arrived around 4-hours later. No issues.

We needed gutter replacement for a small, but tricky, portion of our house. It involved many corners in a small area over our entry way. bay window, and around the corner. After having another gutter company visit for a quote and never hearing from them again, I emailed Great Northwest Gutters and got a a quick response. They requested I send photos of the required work. After receiving a very reasonable quote the work was scheduled and completed a week later. They required no down payment, no paperwork or anything in advance other than me saying "let's do it". The workmanship was exceptional and the workers were enjoyable to have on site. Great NW came highly recommended by several of our friends who used them in the past, we are so glad we took their advice. (FYI: Be sure to do your homework before choosing a gutter contractor, a couple companies tried to upsell us things we absolutely did not need, to the tune of several thousand dollars. Great Northwest told it to us straight. We will be using them again after our roof replacement. (By the way, I have zero connection to the company, I'm writing a rave review based only on my satisfaction with a job well done.)

I hired Great Northwest Gutters in May of 2019 to replace the gutters on my 25 year old home. Most of my dealings were with [the estimator] in their office. He was very professional and was great at quickly responding to all my questions. The two installers arrived right on time and got my gutters replaced in one day. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and showed me that all the gutters drained to the downspouts. Some of my old gutters were improperly installed and they drained away from the downspouts. They were friendly and courteous and did a super job of installing my new gutters. I got two bids and Great Northwest Gutters gave me the most reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you need gutters.

Ok, our older home needed new gutters a couple years ago and I got a few quotes. The important part was a guard. We have an over 80 ft cedar tree out from that lays down a significant amount of detritus. Several season of needles, one very heavy, sap, yellow sticky pollen is ridiculous amounts as well as the "flowers" that look like banana slugs. Oh and huge cones. One year our old gutters were clogged over 4 inches on top...then frozen rain...that stank. Often they clogged and caused roof leaks and overflow into the flower beds below. Nightmare after nightmare. Anyway, I was super hesitant to go with a gutter guard as so many sites mention they don't always work on tree needles. The fine folks at Great Northwest Gutters gave me a fair quote and slapped up a new system in no time. Since then, aside some build up on top of the guards that I knock down about once a year (with a stick in 10 minutes) all has been well. Yesterday my yard guy was getting the moss off my roof and offered to clean the gutters. The attacked picture is 3 years since these were installed with no previous cleaning. Unbelievable. They were empty. Not one needle. I highly recommend them and their gutter guard system. Do it. I'm telling you it is the stuff.

I needed to change 300 feet of gutters around my house. I contacted a few companies and narrowed it down too two reputable companies. Making a choice was difficult as the two companies had good service reputation and competitive pricing. In the end, I selected Great NW Gutters, as I was impressed with [their estimator's] professional skills; especially his follow up skills. I am so glad I trusted him. Within a few days from placing my order, Great NW Gutters sent a crew of two truly nice, experienced and professional installers. First, they arrived ahead of schedule; that alone is impressive. Then, within a single day, they removed old gutters, cleaned the roof of debris, fabricated and installed all new gutters and did safely and professionally, while answering any technical question I had. They even removed a hornet nest hiding behind the old gutters. By day end, the roof was bordered with beautiful new white gutters, and house surroundings were very clean, as the crew had removed the old gutters and any trace of debris. Easy to recommend these guys. 2 story house is from around 1910. Uses 4" gutters. Not so easy to find anymore. Great Northwest saved me from having to contemplate the cost of sawing off scores of rafter tails to accommodate the more standard 5" gutters. Their workers were on time, upbeat, and cordial. The crew chief explained fully what they were doing and answered any question I had. They were careful when removing the old gutters and cleaned up after the job. It has rained some since the work was done and everything seems to be flowing properly. No issues. Happy to recommend them.

These guys were awesome, their bid was reasonable, they communicated very well, and answered all of my questions clearly, without making me feel foolish. They showed up quickly and exactly when scheduled for both the bid and the work. One thing I really appreciated is that they advised us to repair our problem areas, but to hold off on a full gutter replacement until after we have our roof replaced in the next few months. They cleaned up beautifully afterward too, honestly our yard looked better than before they came. One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had honestly. The specific workmen who came out to our place were awesome. Now we need a big rainstorm to see how things go. We will absolutely use them again when it comes time for a full replacement. p.s. if you are shopping for gutter work, make sure you get multiple bids, one contractor quoted us over $4,000 more than all the others for basically the same job! The prices from all the other contractors were under $1,000, but these guys were the most organized and professional and spent the time to discuss the job with me honestly and clearly.

I had some older gutters that had began to leak, and called Great Northwest Gutters for an estimate. Due to the age of my roof, there was only so much they could do with repairs and they suggested I should replace my roofing first to get a better result. I am not able to replace my roof at this time, due to money constraints, but they suggested that they could try to do some patches and leak repairs that might last until I replace the roof. I appreciated their honesty and really appreciated that they were willing to try to work within my money restraints, while keeping the old gutters, but doing repairs. Its all beautiful now, and during the heavy rains that fell after the repairs there were no leaks - they did a great job. When I do finally get the cash to replace my roof I will definitely call them to do the new gutters. Honesty, their willingness to help me make it a little longer ( plus the great repair at a good cost), show me the quality of their employees, and Keith did a wonderful job with a friendly smile. From estimate through installation we had a great experience. [The lead installer] and his partner wanted to ensure their customer was happy with the installation. We are very pleased with the finished product. Great job! Only issue we worked through was the 5" K style exposed the tail of roof trusses. A quick change to 6" K style solved the issue. So the only suggestion is make sure to advise customer ahead of time if truss ends may be exposed so correction can be made before crews arrive. Great Northwest did a (no pun intended.....Great Job). They were on time, took care in their work, and took out the old foam we had to screen out leafs etc. and installed new foam.........no problem. Also, I requested the use of screws instead of nails to better hold the gutters in place........no problem. Gutter "clean-outs" were installed (at my request), I didn't like them so they came back and took them out.........again.......no problem. Good LOCAL company.

These have clean outs that are easy to reach and will help prevent clogging the down spout and I wont have to climb a ladder to clean the gutters.. they came on time...worked diligently and cleaned up very nice afterwords.. Great NW Gutters came out to do the estimate the day after I requested it. The estimate showed the larger gutters that I needed, options for screens and mounting. They were very patient with all my questions and willing to drop of a sample of the screens for my review. The day of installation, I left in the morning with old gutter and came home to new gutters with screens and a additional downspout. We decided last fall that we couldn't defer maintenance on our 1915 Craftsman any longer, so we took out a line of credit for a new roof, gutters and paint job. When we asked the roof bidders for recommendations on gutter companies, one name kept coming up: Great Northwest Gutters. Unfortunately, their web page said they were so backed up with jobs that they were limiting work to the Sherwood area. But I was determined to at least get a bid and maybe get on a waiting list, since we weren't in a hurry. Lo and behold, they contacted me and said an estimator would stop by the next time they were in our area (Laurelhurst neighborhood in Portland). The estimator was great -- he drew a detailed map of the house's exterior, showed where downspouts needed to be rerouted, and pointed out fascia boards that might have to be replaced. The bid came in at a reasonable price, so we scheduled them to do the installation after the roofers finished. They were so fast that I literally didn't even see them do the job. I simply went to work one morning, and when I got home, we had all new gutters.

Installers showed up on time. Introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and went right to work. Took about a half day. Work looks good and so far the work as one would expect a gutter to work! Workers and work was very professional. Only negatives were that getting responses on the original quote was a bit difficult..I had to email/call multiple times, but not that big of a deal. Could have also cleaned up a bit better. Not a huge mess, but just the crud that comes off the house when the old stuff is removed hit the deck, patio, etc and wasn't really cleaned up..

In case you are wondering the house is 51 years old and with three sets that is ~17 years per set. The last set was much shorter as they did a horrid job of installation. This morning, 1/5/17, at about 7:30 a.m., [your installers] arrived, and they were very professional and thorough in the explanation of the installation. Because of the depth of the back yard, they were able to bring in and install the back gutter as one piece, so no splicing was necessary. The new gutters look great. They left at about 11:30 a.m. I gave them $10 each for coffee and bags of Hershey Miniature chocolate bars. At 11:32 a.m. today, I called your office, and [your receptionist] answered. I asked to speak to [the scheduler], but he was not available. I told [your receptionist] that I was calling to pay for the newly installed gutters. [your receptionist] stated she can take the payment, but did not have the paperwork. I told [your receptionist] that the original price that [the estimator] gave me was $1,790, but I later asked for screws for the installation, which Chris told me was an additional $180, making the new total $1,970. I provided my Capital One Visa card information to [your receptionist], and she said the charge will be made. I asked [your receptionist] to confirm that is the correct amount and to call me if it is different. Debi said she will, and she said a paid invoice will be emailed to me. I provided my email address to [your receptionist]. I also told [your receptionist] that [your installers] did an outstanding job, and asked if I can tell their supervisor. [your receptionist] stated I can include that in my email to [the estimator]. If there is another supervisor, or big boss, please tell him that I said [your installers] did an outstanding job, and were very professional and thorough.

I had my gutters completely redone this summer with new gutters plus the screens. The team for NW gutters worked really hard and I was amazed how quickly the they had the house finished. done two gutter installations on our home. The most recent job resulted in two call backs to the company. In both instances, Great NW Gutters responded and settled the issues without hesitation. The most recent issue involved a roof leak. We had previously repaired our roof and installed gutters. We were unable to determine fault (roofing company or gutter company) and, unfortunately, both the roofing company and Great NW Gutters were in disagreement as to what caused the leak. Great NW Gutters split the difference (paid half) for the cost of repairs. The roofer refused. Long story short, Great NW Gutters stands behind their work--regardless. Thank you Great NW Gutters. No thanks to the roofer--he refused to accept any fault and left us with the bill. Grade A!

Did a full cleaning of the gutters/downspouts and reattached/adjusted all of the gutters that were pulling away from the house. Took only a week and a half to get back to me with a quote and to do the actual repair. Wasn't home when the work was done, but, it was very obvious that they had been out and with the heavy rains the following weekend there was absolutely no issues. This company took the worry out of replacing a narrow gutter system on a craftsman home with the system balancing by design on intricately carved rafter tails. This is one of the very few companies that will install 4"K gutters without cutting or notching the existing rafter tails that are common to old Portland craftsman homes but are outdated in modern homes with 6" gutters. Not only did the workmen replace the gutter without damanaging the rafters but they also secured the system into place. Their work was splendid as was the communication with them at all levels. If I could give an A- rating I would have done so. The installers missed the added down-spout and did a messy job on a tough corner with odd miters. But once I communicated my issues, they were fixed. The "minus" would have been for the debris left scattered around on the driveway the grass and planting beds. Perhaps I should have expected this, and perhaps they did pick up 99%, I don't know. But I've found about 30 pieces of sharp metal so far - 3 and 7 inch nails, round tubes (spacers?) and cut, curled gutter trimmings. If this is normal, maybe a warning would have helped. (Most of us don't get gutters replaced often enough to know that this should be expected.) One of these pieces found its way to my lawn mower blades. The driveway pieces could easily have damaged a tire. If we had a dog, I shutter to think what might have happened. But again, this IS a good company to work with - I WOULD recommend them to a friend!

We replaced all of our gutters with standard aluminum gutters. Almost the "base package," save for add-ons of screws and a color. We had no issues with the service. They performed a bid within two days (or less) of calling. It was by-far the most competitive. They scheduled us in within two weeks. The work was done quickly and professionally, with only minimal garbage left over (an important point for me- since previous contractors have been very messy. Ultimately, Great Northwest Gutters did a nice job of installing gutters on our front porch. The first time they came out, the downspouts were installed with a 90 degree angle that caused the pipe to pass right through the side of our porch. It looked terrible and leaked like crazy. After a couple of calls to complain, they sent out someone else to reinstall the downspouts. The new installation was much better - no leaking, nothing blocking the view off the porch, it' great. I just wish they could have done that the first time. Overall, I was very happy with the finished product and everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and wanted to make it right. My only recommendation is to be present during the estimate so that you can explain just what you want.

Replaced my gutters and downspouts. We had a few bumps, but on the whole everything worked out beautifully. My partner obtained a very reasonable quote - puced by [the estimator] - who was very courteous and professional.  When I later reviewed the quote, I realized that a white color had been specified for both the gutters and downspouts - when in fact I wanted the downspouts to match the color of my house (my trim is white, so the gutters needed to stay white).  I contacted [the estimator], and he was very good - he indicated that all I need to do was markup the quote and pay a little more and everything would be fine.  I did so, and also specified a few more items that I included in a couple of emails.  The team of two showed up on time on the specified date.  Since we had disconnected our downspouts (from the sewer system) a few years earlier - the lead fellow recognized a better way to route the downspout in two areas, for a simpler, cleaner route.  We left them to it.  The weather was quite dreary - cold, gray with showers, but these two got right to work.  They worked very hard the first day - removing the old gutters and downspouts and installing the new gutters.  Day two they arrived a little bit later in the day, but all they needed to do was to connect the downspouts. When the job was finished - we did a walk around. Everything was beautifully installed.  They left absolutely no mess and it looked beautiful- until I noticed that they had installed everything - gutters and downspouts - in my house color - rather than white for the gutters and the house-color for the downspouts.  I could see from their faces that they were shocked - since they had completed the job as shown on their paperwork.  I called [the estimator] and he confirmed that he had indeed made the mistake.  He was so focused on making sure that I had the right downspout color; he filled out the paperwork for his installers incorrectly.  He first proposed that I keep the gutters with a $150 discount (so that I could paint them), but when I explained I was installing new gutters that were coated (and had a 10 year warranty) to avoid having to paint them every few years, he indicated that he would need to talk with his bosses about re-installing the gutters.  I told him I wasn't in a rush to have them replaced (since I knew they were busy and I now had fully functioning gutters), but that I was not going to pay until the job was completed to my satisfaction.  He completely understood and my gutters were replaced about a month later.  They look wonderful and I am delighted with the customer service that I received.  [The estimator] was extremely professional and courteous. His installation team were great.  They did everything they said they were going to do.  These guys are top notch.

Added downspouts across the 1st floor roof to allow water to flow directly into the 1st floor gutters vs having the water just flow across the 1st floor roof and into the gutter without being channeled. Cleaned gutters all around my house. Tacked up sagging areas, especially in front where standing water in gutter was breeding mosquitoes. Removed a leaking section and reconfigured gutters. It was good, they did a perfect job and our old gutters looked fine but they were in the wrong angle so the water just spilled over and so we discussed whether or not they would just re-hang those and they said they can try to do that but those are so close to the holes that it would be re-hanged and it's really hard to re-hang them. They were able to recycle the old ones and they put in new ones then they hang it exactly the right angle, we don't have any spill over anymore. They were great, they did a great job. I guess they were fine on price, it's a lot of money to pay for anything but they did a good job. They called right back and I think they were punctual, I don't remember any problem, they just came right over and did the job.

We had a rusting-out downspout that was progressively getting worse. We even had Great NW Gutters come do an estimate in 2011, but a new baby and life in general kept us from replacing it. Fast forward to 2013, when we were trying to make improvements to get our house ready for sale. We called Great NW Gutters, and they were happy to come back for a second look. Their bid came back $100 cheaper from the other bid we got, and the work looks awesome (one replaced downspout and one downspout redirect away from our roof). My only (minor) complaint is that they never scheduled a time to do the work. They just showed up and did it. It would have been nice to know beforehand that they were coming just so I wasn't left wondering when it would happen. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I'm glad I went with them!

We have a two-story drain off our roof, a downspout and it overflowed all the time. I had so many people that didn't show up for appointments or didn't know what to do with it to fix it because they overflowed all the time. Great Northwest Gutters came out, had a solution for it and it works beautifully now. I felt like they really have experience, they really have a wide range of products to use to fix things, maybe wider than the normal gutter repair people would. I tried to get it fix for 2 years or more so I was very, very happy with them and I thought they were extremely reasonable. I thought their prices were excellent. The quality was very good, they were punctual. As it turned out, we couldn't even be here when they scheduled for it to happen, we came home and it was absolutely done perfectly. They were very good, I said "do you want me to pay you first because we're not going to be here?" They were like "no, no, no, we want to get it in and we want to make sure that everything is good before you pay us" so they were very good about it. They certainly came when they said they would. The gentleman that looked at the problem was punctual too. Everything was good about them.

Great Northwest Gutters removed aging gutters and downspouts from approximately 3/4ths of my ranch style, one level home. They made getting an estimate painless as it was not necessary to be home. Our gutters were the originals installed when the house was built in 1990, so they were rusty, clogged and in dire need of replacement. We selected Great Northwest Gutters to do the job as the cost was fairly comparable to their competitors and they seemed to have an excellent reputation. They came to our door, introduced themselves and let me know that their quote would take about 10 minutes to complete. They were true to their word and then provided me with an easy to follow bid proposal, a color sample sheet and advised that, if we needed someone to start soon, that they were available to do so. My husband left them a message on Friday evening, they contacted me on the following Monday morning and began the job the following morning. They finished everything that same afternoon and cleaned up all signs of the work that was done (no left over bits of anything were left). The lead installer took time to explain to my husband about the dynamic of grading gutters, that pooling was the cause of the rust spots and that the new gutters installed would prevent this from occurring again. They were friendly, very professional, timely, great quality of work and very approachable. My husband is a small business owner and was very happy with the fact that we had decided to patronize this company.

Not knowing at all about this company, I had first called another local roofing company that I was familiar with but had never used before. Their office staff was very pleasant but execution and follow-up were terrible - because they "no showed" to our appointment twice. I could go on but this is a review of Great Northwest Gutters. So I was still bitter about the other company while I was driving to an appointment for my work (I'm in outside sales) and I happened to drive past a truck that said 'Great NW Gutters' on the side. I figured that since I struck out with a roofing company, I would try these guys because their name suggests that they must be all about gutters. I decided to call them for a quote. I was refreshed that they were quick to come out, provide an estimate, and schedule the install upon my acceptance. They scheduled me in within 2 days, and the work was very good although I had noticed one thing after install that needed to be finished up a little bit more but they came right out, took care of it, and without any hassle. Thank you for getting the job done well and for making everything right. While my job was only doing partial gutters, I won't hesitate to call them for the rest of the house when I'm ready for that.

This project was "a piece of cake." My gutters were removed so that the fascia could be painted before they got here. They arrived on time and finished the project 3 hours later installing whole house gutters (extra wide) and downspouts. Where many pine needles are dropped on the roof, I had them install the best of the 3 gutter filters they provide. I had a clean-out put on one downspout to easily remove any solid material that was put down the downspout. The gutters are almost invisible as they exactly match the brown trim of the house. They offer many colors to choose from. They were curteous, professional and careful to not damage my newly painted deck. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called GNW gutters not knowing whether we really needed the gutters replaced. I knew I wanted out gutter screens taken out and replaced and I thought I needed new down spouts. [The estimator] came out and gave us a bid for cleaning the gutters, doing any small repairs and replacing the screens, another for doing the work described above and replacing the downspouts and a third for replacing all of the gutters and downspouts. It looked to him as though the gutters were fine so he suggested we not replace them. He did say that when the folks came out and got a good look on the inside that could change. [The estimator] was great...he gave us a quote when he visited and we called him back to schedule the work the following day. We decided to have the gutters cleaned, repaired, the screens readjusted and install new downspouts. [The scheduler] called later to schedule the exact time. On the day of the work (it was the day of the big snowstorm) [the scheduler] called to say they still planned to do the work but could they come at 1:00 pm rather than 9:00 am. The snow needed to melt before the work could be done. That worked well so they came at 1:00 pm. Three folks worked for about 3 hours cleaning and repairing the gutters and replacing all of the downspouts. They did great work. Before they started, [the scheduler] came out to be sure they understood what work should get done. Everyone was very professional and they worked very hard. I assumed that when gutters are cleaned they are cleaned on the outside as well as the inside...that is not the case so you will want to be a more informed consumer on this point than I was. I called the office; [the owner] and I had a great conversation. I explained my assumption, let him know I was very pleased with the work and just misunderstood what gutter cleaning really means. He was very understanding and we came to a resolution that was very much appreciated. This is a top notch company...they really want the customer to be well served and pleased with the outcome. Every person I interacted with was fabulous including the three people doing the actual work. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They did a great job and were done when they said they would be. I noticed a few drips in the Spring from the horizontal sections of the downspouts onto the deck. It is now late September and with the first Fall rains those little drips have turned into leaks that splash onto the side of the house from the deck where the leaks land. I called them and they sent a technician right out within one day and he worked on the leaks. I am very happy with the response, it's above my expectations. (It's not raining at the moment, so I can't tell if the drips are 100% stopped - but I'm not worried).

We contacted the company on 8/23/2011 and inquired about scheduling the work the following week. The work was scheduled for 9/2/2011. Two workers arrived on time and did the job in six hours. The workers were very friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the area very well after they left. The entire process was very easy and we would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Really good work -- [your installer] was great. They came out first to bid the job and they specified and used all the appropriate materials as a result (not the case with home doctor - another highly rated Angie's list company I do not recommend). They used steel to eliminate the potential for electrolysis. They hugged a pillar very tightly for me with about 15' of down-spout...the circumstances of the job was a bit difficult - they were up on ladders on a 2nd deck on my home quite high in elevation..it was windy and raining...they also fixed a down-spout that was not quite long enough to properly fit into a 3" drain pipe...they also fixed a 30' tall downspout that was coming apart -- this required them to unscrew two sections of deck to get to the gutter strap...Finally, they fixed a minor problem with a downspout that was pinched off too much, limiting flow - that wasn't even on the bid...Good guys. Work was done professionally in 2 hours. The bid guy showed up and assisted was well - I was happy he was there as I was concerned about safety issues so high on the edge of my deck. In order to minimize mess in the home, they went around the back and climbed up the deck. [Your installer] did a good job and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

They originally installed copper gutters and leaf guards on our house shortly after we bought it 2 years ago. During the last two winters the gutters had not drained well and were leaking a lot. I called them this Fall to ask them to come out and address the drainage problems. They have a 2-year warranty period for their work. Even though I was calling a few months past the 2 year mark for the work they completed for us, they still honored their warranty and did not charge me for coming back out and the subsequent work to improve the drainage. If fact, they actually gave me a refund for a portion of the work!

A section of our gutter had been removed by a contractor who added a screen porch to the back of our home. This contractor was suppose to re-install the section he removed to the screen porch...he did not and just left it laying in the backyard. After a few heavy rains, (here in Oregon), my husband and I could plainly see that the gutter needed to be replaced as the water run-off was creating a water and muddy mess on our new porch! I sent an e-mail to "Great Northwest Gutters" and was contacted the next day by phone. They came out and did a FREE estimate on re-hanging my gutter laying in the back yard and we scheduled the appointment for the next week. Because we were on vacation the week the repair was scheduled, they could not reach us to say our old gutter could not be used due to how the new eaves were installed by the porch contractor. The following week when we arrived home and discovered why the gutter could not be repaired, we scheduled another service date for the replacement of a new gutter section. This adjustment did not alter their quote one penny! The new gutter has been in full use of late and works perfectly! I recommend and will continue to use this company in the future over any other....they are fantastic and a pleasure to do business with! "NWGs" is a fine, professional and great company! The whole process from my e-mail to finish was less than 3 weeks and all work performed was excellent!

We had a solid stream of water pouring down the front door. Why?!! Major freakout ensued at our house. Oh man, are we gonna have to replace the whole front porch? Maybe even the whole roof? One theory was the gutter downspout that dumped directly onto the roof right above the soffit. Great Northwest Gutters were quick to provide a reasonable estimate, and scheduled a date to do the work within the next week. They moved the downspout and cleaned out all of the gutters on our two-story house. Done and done. The next time it poured buckets, I opened the door and - like magic - no drippy streams! That's all I could ask for. I wish more panic-inducing issues could be resolved so easily.

They did have to come back twice to install downspouts (on the new addition after the siding went on) and also to adjust one of the gutters that was not draining properly. We wanted gutters and down spouts to be installed for two new construction garages and our house, and we used Great Northwest Gutters to come out and give us an estimate. They are a huge company. I compared their prices with another company. They were going to be $10 more for the house and $3 less for the garages. I find that just incredibly strange because metal is metal - it is just standard stuff and it doesn’t cost that much. They were going to charge an extra $130 to do the gutters and down spouts in color for the two garages. The other provider would have charged me a $100 more. The estimation was done free. They just walked the perimeter and checked the scope of the job. I live in a fairly upscale neighborhood with not that upscale a house, and the people who came here were nice.

Company was very prompt in responding to our request for a bid. We did not shop around for other bids as they had a high rating on Angies List and a couple of roofing contractors mentioned that they were good. They also installed gutters on the Street of Dreams, so we thought they would be pretty good. I could not schedule them to do the job right away as we were getting our roof replaced and needed that to be completed prior to the gutters being installed. We did not know exactly when the roof would be replaced, but called them when we knew the roof would be completed and they were able to schedule the job within a week. Crew was extremely polite and did a great job of installing the gutters and downspouts. They had us inspect the job when it was completed and everything looked fine. The job took about 5 - 6 hours to be completed. When we went to their office to pay for the work, the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

A new copper downspout was connected to an existing copper gutter and then routed to a rain barrel. We contacted the company after seeing an article by the owner in the Angie's List magazine. A representative from the company came to our home the following day to give us an estimate. Because of a busy schedule we delayed calling them back, so in about 2 weeks they called us to check if we had made a decision. We set up a date that was convienient for us. The installers arrived exactly at the time we had been told that they would come. They could have come on an earlier date but our schedule did not fit in with an earlier installation. They proceeded to remove the old gutters. They appeared to work very efficiently. They listened when my husband requested a slight change where a downspout would discharge water and carried out his request. After they completed the work, they asked for a push broom and cleaned up dirt and debris very well. We will not know exactly how well the gutters perform until we have a heavy rain.

[Estimator] came out within 2 days of my initial call and left a detailed estimate of what it would cost for total replacement of gutters vs replacing damaged, leaking gutters. After discussing the estimate with them (I had decided to go with full replacement of all gutters), and mentioning that an additional downspout was needed in the back of the house, they offered to add the downspout at no additional cost. They were able to come out within a few days to complete the work. I had so many leaks in my gutters that I knew it was time for a replacement. Someone came out and provided me a written quote and left it for me when I came home, so I did not even need to be there. The quote was very reasonable so I called to set up the appointment. When I called I asked about gutter guards and different colors and they were very helpful about explaining everything and the value of each and differences in price. They arrived at the stated date and time to perform the work. When they removed the gutters they had me walk around the house to see the condition of the flashing because I told them I was worried about any damage to the roof as the gutters were in such bad disrepair. The installer showed me that the flashing looked good so there was most likely no damage to the roof and he did not find any dry rot. I was very happy with his honesty. The gutter installation was excellent quality and overall very fast. They did a great job cleaning up.

The estimator was prompt in responding and very professional. He informed us that they were 2 weeks out, which wasn't bad at all compared to some other estimates we got...we were getting water in our basement, so time was of the essence. The crew was punctual, friendly and professional. The new gutter installation looks great and works well...they really did a fantastic job. My two complaints are that they did not have enough screen to complete the job on the day they came, and that they didn't have enough room in their truck to haul off our old gutters that day, so they were sitting on our side yard. The crew was supposed to come back in a day or two to finish and haul off the old gutters, but we had to call to remind them a week later (when the bill came). However, all in all we were very happy with the job, and would recommend their services.

I wasn't able to be at home while the work was completed, but when I did get home that night, the new gutters looked wonderful, and there was no evidence of the old gutters, nails, etc. I would highly recommend Northwest Gutters! They were prompt, easy to contact, answered all my questions, and completed the job in a timely manner, with a quality finished product. (Interestingly, they were one of only 2 companies that returned my initial calls, and the other company was booking 6 weeks out, and only offered brown or white gutters).

They reattached loose gutters in the front and rear on 1973 ranch. Workers removed old nails holding gutters on house and repositioned them into the beams. Workers arrived on time and did good job. Job took approximately one hour. I thought the price was high for the amount of work and time involved. I had so much trouble getting anyone to come do the repair work that I was happy to get it done, even if I had to pay a little more than I thought was necessary.

Called for a quote. One of three. They were the highest, but came to terms on price. Scheduled the day and time to do the job. Showed up a little late on the scheduled day, but completed the job the same day. I am completely satisfied with the work.

I scheduled the job, and it was completed within 1 week. I chose a custom color, and they look great! I WOULD SAY THAT THERE WAS NO HAGGLING OR ANYTHING BECAUSE I OWN MULTIPLE RENTALS AND IT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY SENT SOMEBODY OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE AND THEY JUST CAME OUT TO DO IT AND IT ALL WORKED OUT VERY SEAMLESSLY. THEY WERE CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE.
